 & Company has reorganized its Consumer Electronic Publishing An umbrella term for non-paper publishing, which includes publishing online or on media such as CDs and DVDs.  group as part of the integration efforts associated with its recent acquisition of the San Francisco-based MarketWatch Inc. (NL/NL 11/30/04).

In the reorganization, 97 positions at Dow Jones and MarketWatch were eliminated from the human resources, finance, technology, ad sales, marketing, and news departments.

Dave Callaway remains editor of MarketWatch.com and still heads its news operations. Bill Grueskin continues as managing editor of WSJ WSJ Wall Street Journal
