Prior to that, he was the Sr VP of JC Robinson Seeds, Inc. He was also chairman of the U.S. Grains Council in 1999-2000 and held leadership roles with Nebraska Leadership Education/ Action Development (LEAD), National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA), Nebraska Seedsmen Association and several other organizations. Also at Golden Harvest, J.D. Harrold retires after being a DSM for more than 42 years. He began his career with Golden Harvest legacy company, Thorp Seed. Ron Schindler, Key Accts Mgr, also retires from Golden Harvest. He started with the company in 1965. He served as a DSM, RSM, Sorghum sorghum, tall, coarse annual (Sorghum vulgare) of the family Gramineae (grass family), somewhat similar in appearance to corn (but having the grain in a panicle rather than an ear) and used for much the same purposes. Probably indigenous to Africa, it is one of the longest-cultivated plants of warm regions there and also in Asia—especially in India and China. Prod Mgr, Division Dir, and Mgr of Mktg and Sls. Rolen Sell, DSM, Arcadia, NE, retires. He joined the company in 1977. |
