 a proposed secondary offering of 4,600,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares of common stock to be registered are currently owned and will be offered and sold by Overseas Shipholding Group Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (OSG) is the second largest oil tanker company in the world.
