Doskocil Strengthens Executive Team With Addition of Richman as CFO and Morgan as Executive VP.

Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc., the leading manufacturer and marketer of plastic pet-related products and carriers for sporting equipment, has strengthened its management team by adding Susan Richman as vice president and chief financial officer and Robert Morgan as executive vice president of sales, marketing and product development.

With more than 15 years of experience as an executive-level financial officer, Richman has a successful history of business development. Richman has a wealth of experience with manufacturing companies through positions at Quality Trailer Products Inc. and Pillowtex Corporation. She has also led startup operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and France, and has a strong background in mergers, acquisitions, business consolidations and divestitures.

Before joining Doskocil, Richman was director of finance and operations for Four Seasons, a division of Standard Motor Products, where she managed finance and operations. During her tenure at Four Seasons, the company's sales increased almost 400 percent to more than $400 million.

Richman graduated magna cum laude from Columbus College in Columbus, Ga., with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She was licensed by the state of Texas as a certified public accountant in 1984, where she began a career in public accounting. She is a member of the Financial Executives Institute.

Rob Morgan has 19 years of sales, marketing and product development experience, and most recently was vice president of marketing and business development for The Stanley Works in Dallas. In that role he led the marketing and growth strategies for the largest product group, Mechanics Tools, a $730 million business segment.

Morgan will oversee Doskocil's aggressive growth plan that is targeted to increasing sales through enhanced marketing and product development. Under his leadership, Doskocil will meet customer needs and requests by improving existing products and developing innovative new product offerings.

Morgan began his career and spent 14 years in various key roles at Black & Decker, rising to the level of director of sales and marketing. He has extensive background in all facets of brand management and product development, as well as proven experience in organizational development and strategic planning for both growth and marketing. Morgan is a graduate of Miami (Ohio) University with a dual degree in marketing and economics and earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
