Dorsey & Whitney LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  today announced the formation of an Iraq Practice to provide legal counsel to participants in the rebuilding of Iraq.

The new practice will offer legal guidance for the execution of a business infrastructure in Iraq. Adjacent to the epicenter of policy and regulatory influence in Washington, the practice will provide legal advice and counsel based on prior international work and the ability to translate best practices to current reconstruction issues.
