Dorrans aims for double.

GRAHAM Dorrans insists that he and fellow Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu must score double figures this season.

The duo have already scored five goals between them, Dorrans with two and Mulumbu three.

Dorrans, who has scored twice in as many games, knows there will be an onus on the midfielders to chip in with goals this season.

The Baggies lack anobvious goalscorer up front, although Simon Cox's full credentials have yet to emerge given his relative lack of first team activity this season.

Dorrans and Mulumbu have already decided to turn this season's scoring contest into their own personal battle.

"Youssouf and I have a bit of banter in training," said Dorrans. "He's said he'll get ten, I said I'll get ten so hopefully we can both try and get that. Confidence is high in that respect, especially as I got one at the weekend.

"I was pleased with that goal. There were a lot of bodies and it sneaked in so I was pleased. I've had a good run of games under my belt and I feel good in games. Hopefully I can keep scoring."

Gonzalo Jara also scored his first Albion goal in Saturday's 2-1 win against Leicester. The Chilean has impressed with his ability.

"Gonzo's been great, he doesn't even speak the language yet he's settled in well," added Dorrans.
