Suzi Schmidt, Chairman of the Lake County Board, is scheduled to speak at the event. The Mayor of Libertyville, Lake County Board members, other local dignitaries, physicians, the facility's Resident Council and Family Council, patients at Winchester House who are currently in therapy or receiving restorative care, and patients' families are among the invitees. Sharon Rhoads, President, Dorotha C. White Foundation, and Mary Baqueiro, Executive Director, Dorotha C. White Foundation, will be presenting the gift of equipment to James J. Weibeler, Administrator, Winchester House.

Sharon Rhoads continues: "We chose to commemorate the donation of equipment to Winchester House because we were impressed by their efforts to restore patients and make changes to improve their facility. The facility has an expanded restorative care department, and an outpatient therapy room to further serve the community. We are donating two machines to Winchester House, which I feel will help them in their efforts to restore Elderpride."
