The company's affiliate, Dornoch Paterson LLC, has a comprehensive redevelopment proposal for the Great Falls Historic District The Great Falls Historic District is the most famous neighborhood in Paterson, New Jersey, because of the landmarks Great Falls of the Passaic River and Garett Mountain. The Great Falls Historic District is mostly above I-80 and along the Passaic River. Area currently being considered by the City of Paterson. This industrial property is situated within the proposed redevelopment area. "In Dornoch Paterson's proposal, preliminary plans for this site include redevelopment into residential units that would offer spectacular views of the Great Falls," said Frank Macios, co-founder of Dornoch Holdings.
