. The Bronx Children's Psychiatric Center will occupy the entire third floor of the 107,000 s/f building. The owner, American Self Storage, occupies the remaining space.

Friedland's Ellen Bendek-represented both the owner and the state authority. The three-story building was previously owned by St. Luke's St. Luke's or St Luke's can refer to:
