The product also was unable to deliver the business-critical, multi-dimensional workflow The automatic routing of documents to the users responsible for working on them. Workflow is concerned with providing the information required to support each step of the business cycle.  that was crucial to Donnkenny's original purchase decision. Donnkenny found that the Justwin implementation was never successful enough to interface with the Company's existing production systems or stable enough to use for purchase orders to control the Company's samples, trim and materials, as promised. Additionally, several vendor-supplied and installed patches over a series of months were unable to correct these mounting problems.
