Donna Karan Donna Karan is the fashion designer and the creator of the DKNY (Donna Karan New York) clothing label. She was born Donna Ivy Faske on October 9, 1948 in Forest Hills, New York. , designer and manufacturer of women's clothing, has expanded to 599 Gotham Gotham (gŏth`əm), name for New York City first used by Washington Irving and others in the Salmagundi Papers, with satirical reference to Gotham, England, where the wise men acted as fools in order to avoid paying for the king's upkeep.  Parkway, marking the final stage of a 335,000 square-foot lease expansion at Gotham Industrial Park, announced Robert Wilson Robert Wilson may refer to:

, Partner of Wilson Associates. Wilson is the owner and manager of the 64-acre business park located in Carlstadt, New Jersey Carlstadt is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 5,917.

Carlstadt was originally formed as a village by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 12, 1860, within Lodi Township.
. Donna Karan originally leased 50,000 square-feet at 600 Gotham Parkway in 1988, and by 1990 the company occupied that entire building which totaled 95,000 square-feet. In January 1992, Donna Karan signed an agreement to expand, in stages, to four more buildings. In addition to 599 Gotham Parkway, these include 555, 580 and 620 Gotham Parkway.
