Donlar Biosyntrex Projects Record Revenue and a 45% Year Over Year Increase in Quarterly Sales.

Donlar Biosyntrex Corporation (OTC: DBSY), a world leader in green chemistry, products and technology, today announced that the Company expects to report revenue of approximately $880,000 for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002, up roughly 45% from revenue reported for the first quarter of 2001. The first quarter's record revenue also represents a more than 30% increase from revenues achieved in the fourth quarter of 2001.

The primary source of the Company's revenue growth continues to be in the oil field services industry, where Donlar continues to make inroads with its environmentally friendly and biodegradable products. Initial revenue growth is now being seen for agricultural applications of Donlar's products, augmenting the acceptance of the Company's products for non-polluting consumer detergents. The Company expects to release full financials for the first quarter in early May, and expects to report that operations were cash flow positive for the quarter.
