Donald Harvey Joins Navigant Consulting as Managing Director in Construction Practice.LONDON -- Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange :NCI See Liberate. ) announced that Donald Harvey has joined the Company's London office as a Managing Director in the Construction practice. In this role, Harvey will lead a team of professionals in performing project analyses on multi-million dollar, international projects, primarily focused in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. He will also work with the Construction practice leadership to further expand consulting services in the European and other international marketplaces. For more than a decade, Harvey has advised clients on issues involving project and contract administration, cost overruns, delay and disruption issues, and claim preparation. Through his experience as a project manager and as an expert consultant, Harvey has developed an extensive knowledge of project management, scheduling and cost controls. He has also prepared delay and disruption damages analyses for multinational owners, developers and contractors. Additionally, Harvey has performed schedule analyses on several disputes associated with government procurement contracts.
