Donald Harvey Joins Navigant Consulting as Managing Director in Construction Practice.

LONDON -- Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:NCI) announced that Donald Harvey has joined the Company's London office as a Managing Director in the Construction practice. In this role, Harvey will lead a team of professionals in performing project analyses on multi-million dollar, international projects, primarily focused in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. He will also work with the Construction practice leadership to further expand consulting services in the European and other international marketplaces.

For more than a decade, Harvey has advised clients on issues involving project and contract administration, cost overruns, delay and disruption issues, and claim preparation. Through his experience as a project manager and as an expert consultant, Harvey has developed an extensive knowledge of project management, scheduling and cost controls. He has also prepared delay and disruption damages analyses for multinational owners, developers and contractors. Additionally, Harvey has performed schedule analyses on several disputes associated with government procurement contracts.

Prior to working in the consulting field, Harvey provided project management and engineering services for the design and construction of over $100 million in infrastructure and heavy construction projects, gaining hands-on experience at all project levels. He has been appointed as an expert testifier in scheduling and is an experienced testifier in arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution matters, as well as providing expert opinion in numerous facilitated mediation and settlement venues. Harvey has been certified by Primavera Systems as a certified technical representative and lectures on scheduling and cost control. He also has extensive international experience and has worked with many different standard forms of contract, including AIA, AGC, DBIA, EJCDC and FIDIC.
