Donald Donald (Domnall, Domhnall, Dumhnuil, Dónall) is an anglicized version of a Scottish or Irish Gaelic personal name, containing the elements dumno "world" and val "rule", viz. The area was organized as a township in 1877 and was named in honor of James G. , vice president of sales for Kyowa Hakko U.S.A.,

Blaine worked for Kyowa Hakko since 1995 and was based at their Aliso
Viejo, CA, office. Previously, he was a corporate officer and sales and
marketing manager with Tanabe U.S.A.
