Don Garber, New Commissioner of Major League Soccer, Nominated to Princeton Video Image Board of Directors.

Princeton Video Image, Inc. (NASDAQ: PVII; www.pvi-inc.com), the global leader in virtual advertising solutions for television, announced that Don Garber, the recently named commissioner of Major League Soccer (MLS), has been nominated to serve on the company's Board of Directors pending his election by PVI shareholders. Before being appointed as the commissioner of MLS, Mr. Garber, a 15 year veteran of the National Football League (NFL), was the Senior Vice President of the NFL International, where he was responsible for managing the NFL Europe League and global television distribution, marketing and sales.

Prior to being appointed head of NFL International, Mr. Garber was the Vice President of Business Development and Special Events for NFL Properties, where he was responsible for all NFL event and entertainment television programming, event marketing and grass roots activities. During his tenure at the NFL, Mr. Garber created the NFL Experience, the League's interactive football theme park at the Super Bowl. Mr. Garber began his career at NFL properties in 1984 as a marketing manager responsible for corporate sponsorship, and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 1988. Prior to joining the NFL, Mr. Garber worked in public relations at Ruder & Finn, and helped launch a sports marketing division at Burson-Marsteller, a Young & Rubicam subsidiary.
