Don Cogman Joins Young & Rubicam As EVP For Corporate Affairs; Tom Bell Taps Burson President for Senior Corporate Post.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1999--

Young & Rubicam Inc. announced today that Don V. Cogman will move from his senior management role at Burson-Marsteller to a new post as the company's Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs, effective October 1. In his new role, Mr. Cogman will work with Young & Rubicam Inc. President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
