Don Bulens Named President and Chief Executive Officer of Trellix Corporation.

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 17, 1999--Trellix Corporation today announced that Don Bulens has joined the company as president and CEO, effective immediately. Bulens, formerly the CEO of Radnet, Inc. and vice president, Worldwide Partner Programs, at Lotus Development Corp., has an unmatched track record for helping emerging businesses build successful market strategies and strategic relationships for breakthrough products. Bulens has been acting as a management consultant to Trellix for the last four months.

Russ Werner, Trellix's former president and CEO, has left Trellix to pursue other interests. He remains a member of Trellix's Board of Directors.

From 1988 to 1996, Bulens held numerous senior management positions within Lotus Development Corp. and is credited with creating the highly regarded Lotus Business Partner Program. Under his leadership, Lotus introduced a variety of innovative, industry-leading programs to build a community of over 14,000 companies delivering applications and services for Lotus Notes, creating an important engine of growth for this business. In recognition of these accomplishments, Bulens was named as one of the top five computer-industry executives in channel development by VARBusiness magazine in a January, 1998 ten-year retrospective.

Prior to joining Lotus Development, Bulens served in a variety of sales and sales management positions at AT&T.

Bulens holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Suffolk University.
