Don't drink the water.


Daniel Callahan notes that a 2004 European Commission European Commission, branch of the governing body of the European Union (EU) invested with executive and some legislative powers. Located in Brussels, Belgium, it was founded in 1967 when the three treaty organizations comprising what was then the European Community  study on declining birth rates could not explain why Poland's birth rate is so far below replacement level ("Depopulation DEPOPULATION. In its most proper signification, is the destruction of the people of a country or place. This word is, however, taken rather in a passive than an active one; we say depopulation, to designate a diminution of inhabitants, arising either from violent causes, or the want of  Bomb," November 18, 2005). The study apparently did not consider ecological factors. There is increasing evidence that traffic pollutants, pesticides, chlorines in drinking water drinking water

The European Commission should check the air and water quality in Warsaw for possible answers about low birth rates.
