Dominion Joins The ERORA Group in Proposed Michigan Power Project In Gratiot County.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. & RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2001

Dominion (NYSE: D) has acquired the rights to develop The ERORA Group L.L.C.'s previously announced development of a 510-megawatt natural gas-fired electric power facility in North Star Township, Gratiot County, Michigan.

The merchant power station will represent an investment of approximately $200 million in Gratiot County. The facility is expected to begin commercial operations in 2004.

This is the second development announced by Dominion in Michigan.
