The announcement was made by Duane C. Radtke, president and chief executive officer of Dominion E&P. Marino, previously Dominion E&P's vice president-engineering, replaces Wayne K. Foo, who is leaving Dominion to pursue other interests. Foo has been the head of Dominion Canadian operations since April 1998 when the company purchased Archer Resources, Ltd. Marino will be responsible for Dominion's exploration and production activities in Canada.
