) has declared a dividend on the Series A Preference Shares ("Series A"). The dividend is payable July 20, 2005 to Series A shareholders of record June 30, 2005. The dividend rate has been set at 6.25%, is calculated on a stated value Stated Value

A value that, instead of being par value, is assigned to a corporation's stock for accounting purposes. Stated value has no relation to market price.

Notes:
 of $2.25 per Series A and amounts to $0.070313 per Series A for the six months ending June 30, 2005.
