Dominion Bridge elects Dr. Peter Gil to board of directors.


MONTREAL, Quebec--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 1996--Dominion Bridge Corp. (NASDAQ/NMS: DBCO; VSE See DOS/VSE.

: DOM.U) today announced that Dr. Peter T. Gil was elected to its board of directors.

In addition, Gil will become a member of the corporation's technology committee, currently chaired by Dr. Louis Berlinguet.

Gil, who is an expert in management organization and international business, is the former associate dean of the MIT Sloan School of Management The MIT Sloan School of Management is one of the five schools of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. It is one of the world's leading business schools, conducting research and teaching in finance, entrepreneurship, marketing, . Gil is currently a director of the Arthur D. Little Arthur D. Little, Inc. is the world's first management consulting firm.
