The asset based facility will have a first drawdown of US $25 million subject only to completion of documentation. The balance of US $15 million will be made available subsequently and pursuant to BNY Financial Corporation completing the syndication of the loan. Proceeds from the aggregate facility will be used to retire the current US $15 million Bankers Trust loan and to provide additional working capital for DBC's fast growing North American operations.
