- Program Garners 1.5 Rating, Attracting 1,077,000 Viewing Homes -

The premiere show of COURT TV's new series, DOMINICK DUNNE'S POWER, PRIVILEGE AND JUSTICE, brought in more viewing homes, 1,077,000, than any other original COURT TV program ever, and helped COURT TV achieve a 1.5, its highest rated and most watched program in the network's history. The show increased from its lead-in, a new episode of Forensic Files Forensic Files is a documentary style show which reveals how forensics and science are used to solve violent crimes, mysterious accidents, and even outbreaks of illness.  which garnered a 1.3, by 15%. DUNNE'S POWER, which debuted to its 1.5 rating on Wednesday, June 19th at 10PM resulted in a 50% increase over Court TV's average for that regular Wednesday time period.

DOMINICK DUNNE'S POWER, PRIVILEGE AND JUSTICE also proved popular with the key demographics The attributes of people in a particular geographic area. Used for marketing purposes, population, ethnic origins, religion, spoken language, income and age range are examples of demographic data. , Adults 25-54 (.9 rating, 743,000 viewers) and Adults 18-49 (.6 rating, 524,000 viewers).

In addition, DOMINICK DUNNE'S POWER, PRIVILEGE AND JUSTICE performed extremely well among the ad-supported cable network competition within its time period. The show ranked 5th among HHs and within the Top Ten in all Adult 18-54 demo groups including 4th among Adults 25-54.

Future episodes of DOMINICK DUNNE'S POWER, PRIVILEGE AND JUSTICE will premiere on Wednesdays at 10PM and will be re-aired on Sundays at 10PM.
