Dominguez Services Corp. Announces Second-Quarter 1999 Results.


LONG BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 13, 1999--

Dominguez Services Corp. (Nasdaq:DOMZ) Friday reported that earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 1999, rose 7 percent to 28 cents per share Cents per share

Net income for the quarter totaled $439,534, compared with $389,181 for the second quarter in 1998. Revenues increased to $7,121,100 from $6,166,222 in the prior-year period.

Earnings per share for the first half of 1999 were 44 cents, compared with 43 cents for the corresponding period a year ago. Net income was $686,398, compared with $649,600 in the prior year. Revenues for the first six months of the year rose to $12,925,431 from $11,603,692 last year.
