DOLL PARTS: Barbie maker Mattel Inc. settled with Carter Bryant--a former employee who the company alleged drew sketches for the popular Bratz line while working at Mattel then took the drawings to rival MGA Entertainment. An infringement lawsuit the El Segundo-based toy maker filed against Van Nuys-based MGA on the matter is still going forward. A win for Mattel could result in damages of up to $360 million and $500 million in annual sales and licensing fees.
