Founder and president of The Doe Fund, George T. McDonald celebrated the official opening of The Peter Jay Sharp residence located at 223 E. 117th St. on Nov. 14.

Each of the 74 efficiency apartments in this 6-story, 74-unit building has full kitchenettes, private bathrooms, and generous storage spaces. The building features communal spaces that include a large lounge and community room, meeting rooms, a fully equipped gym, and exercise room.
