Document Security Systems Inc. Awarded Contract for Baja Mexico Drivers' License Cards.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Document Security Systems, Inc. (AMEX: DMC) ("DSS"), a leader in proven, patented protection against counterfeiting and unauthorized copying, scanning and photo imaging, today announced that its recently acquired subsidiary, Plastic Printing Professionals, Inc. ("P3") was awarded a contract to produce Baja Mexico's drivers' licenses for a second year. Baja Mexico, also known as Baja California, is a state of Mexico located on the Baja peninsula that includes major cities such as Tijuana and Mexicali as well as a number of popular resort areas such as Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada and LaPaz. The cards will incorporate DSS's newly acquired patent pending watermark technology. As announced on February 8, 2006, Document Security Systems acquired substantially all of P3's assets, including its manufacturing operations, technologies and product portfolio.
