Document Sciences announces estimated fourth quarter results.

For 1996, total revenues will be approximately $15.1 million and net income will be approximately $1.2 million (or 12 cents to 13 cents per share) compared with total revenues of $10.5 million and net income of $1.05 million (or 12 cents per share) in 1995.

Tony Domit, president and chief executive officer, said, "While we did not experience the customary fourth quarter seasonality of previous years, we are confident in the fundamental strength of the company's business as reflected in our record fourth quarter revenues as well as over 40 percent revenue growth for all of 1996."

Final financial results for the fourth quarter and for 1996 will be announced on Jan. 27, 1997.
