SOFTRAX Corp., a provider of revenue management software for software, service and Internet companies, has introduced a major addition to its flagship Operations and Financials product lines. SOFTRAX Inform is a complementary application designed to enable all employees -- including finance, sales, marketing, service and support users -- to view operational and financial information easily and securely. The new software can also be integrated with Web-based applications, such as CRM systems, SFA applications, and financial and support systems to further leverage enterprise-wide data without complex integration programming.

Inform's browser-based interface allows users to create personalized pages that can be tailored to their unique needs. The software presents a unified view of customer data, configured to include contracts, orders, contacts, locations, license, product, maintenance and other information. Query results are displayed as pages allowing further analysis of the data. Inform also features a search engine that enables users to receive answers to critical questions, then aggregate the data to provide a consolidated view of the information.

Using Inform the system administrator can create access/security profiles for each user to govern the type of information available. Access parameters can also be defined for large user-groups with similar data needs. SOFTRAX Inform can be utilized with SOFTRAX Operations 7.0 and Financials 7.0. Supported databases include Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
