Docucorp Signs Contract with Capgemini Energy Limited Partnership.

DALLAS -- Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, announced today that it has signed a contract to serve as Capgemini Energy LP's bill print provider.

"As part of the relationship, Capgemini Energy will outsource the printing, finishing and mailing of more than 55 million bills a year to Docucorp's ASP centers," said Kerry K. "As Capgemini's client base grows, they will be able to continue to offer high quality, cost-effective bill print services as part of their outsourced business process services."

As part of the contract, Capgemini Energy's billing staff and production center will be integrated into Docucorp's facilities.

Docucorp's bill print solution enables companies to easily design, produce, deliver, archive and manage the workflow of high volumes of bills and supporting communications, such as reminder notices, service inserts and customer service correspondence, in a print or Web-enabled environment. Docucorp's ASP centers provide a fully outsourced solution for the processing, presentment, payment and delivery of enterprise-wide information, both electronically and printed.
