DocuLynx Announces Mercury Solutions Partnership with Captaris.

OMAHA, Neb. -- DocuLynx, Inc., a newly established Information Technology Company focused on helping companies manage, and add value to high volume computer output (HVCO) print streams, announced today that it has entered into several key agreements with Captaris, Inc., a Washington-based provider of Business Information Delivery solutions. Under the terms of the agreements, DocuLynx will sell and service Captaris Mercury Software along with operating the former IMR Pismo Beach, CA processing facility. DocuLynx will continue to provide outsourced services and first level technical support to all domestic Mercury customers.

The Captaris partnership is important to DocuLynx's alignment of the high volume computer output (HVCO) Mercury products with its print service industry focus. Additionally, it opens new opportunities for Captaris customers to take advantage of the HVCO marketplace with an easy migration path using DocuLynx's expertise.
