DocuCorp Enters into Marketing Agreement with BillMatrix; Bill Payment Option Improves Financial Management, Consumer Relationships.

DocuCorp(R) International (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced a marketing agreement with BillMatrix Corporation, a leading provider of comprehensive electronic bill payment solutions and services over the telephone and Internet. Under the agreement, DocuCorp will market BillMatrix' services to current and prospective clients.

By offering electronic payment options, BillMatrix customers are able to improve financial management by accelerating the collection process, lowering collection costs and reducing lost revenue from service interruptions.
