Doctors Co.


Doctors Co., a physician-owned medical-malpractice insurer, announced Chairman Richard Anderson would assume the additional title of chief executive officer.

Anderson has been chairman since 1994. Previously, he was a clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Diego, and was a past chairman of the Department of Medicine at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, Calif., where he was senior oncologist for 18 years.
