He shared a 1945 Nobel Prize for this achievement. has been awarded the 2005 CalCPA accounting doctoral scholarship. The scholarship is a combined effort of the CalCPA Accounting Education Committee and the California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W). CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. Education Foundation. And future accounting doctoral candidates take note: CalCPA is accepting applications for the 2006 CalCPA accounting doctoral scholarship. Fleming will receive up to $10,000 per year for a maximum of three years to continue pursuing his degree. Upon completion, the scholarship recipient must join the faculty of a four-year college or university in California for at least three years.
