DoctorQuality Appoints Dr. Tom Lundquist to Chief Medical Officer; Patient Safety Leader to Expand Capabilities of DoctorQuality.

DoctorQuality, Inc.(TM), a leading provider of patient safety products and services, today announced the appointment of Tom Lundquist, MD, MMM MMM Myeloid metaplasia with myelofibrosis, see there , to Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Lundquist will be responsible for ensuring that clinical excellence and patient safety remain the primary drivers for DoctorQuality.

He also will serve as a clinical and operational liaison, establishing the relationships that assist client hospitals in further enhancing cultures of blame-free error reporting and improved patient safety.
