Doane Agricultural Services Co., St. Louis, hires Dick Stiltz as vice president and manager of its Internet division. In addition to implementing Doane's Internet strategy, Stiltz will also be responsible for developing new Web-based services and forming new business relationships for the company. He most recently was precision agriculture and equipment manager for Helena Chemical, Memphis, Tenn.

Doane also announces the following staff responsibility changes: Rob Wiley will now be responsible for all of Doane's Web sites' news content and will retain editorial and publishing responsibility of Ag Lender; Holly Bollinger will now serve as managing editor for Crop Decisions, CCA Advantage and CCA Newsletter; and Rebekah Reddick is now the assistant editor for Agri Marketing and AgriMarketing.com.
