Doane Agricultural Services, St. Louis, promotes Greg Scheer to economist. Scheer has worked for the company for the past six years as AgLine product manager. In his new position, Scheer will manage the dairy market analysis for the Doane's Agricultural Report and several other products in addition to his AgLine management responsibilities. The company also hires Becky Rasmussen as copy and production editor for Agri Marketing magazine. She will be responsible for copy-editing and organizing the editorial components of each monthly issue and publication supplements. Rasmussen joins the publication after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor's degree in magazine journalism. Her previous experience includes internships at a weekly magazine, a daily newspaper and the communications department of The Boeing Company.
