DoD publishes new policy document on contractor personnel authorized to accompany U.S. Armed Forces.On Oct. 3, 2005, the Department of Defense published DoD Instruction 3020.41, "Contractor Personnel Authorized to Accompany the U.S. Armed Forces." The new policy was published under the authority of Section 133 of Title 10, United States Code Noun 1.
