TELEVISION viewers in Flintshire will have to retune their televisions tomorrow after the next stage of the digital TV switchover takes place.

People in north-east Wales who get their signal from Moel y Parc will be affected.

To continue receiving all the available digital channels, residents who receive Freeview through an aerial will need to retune their TV or digital box on or after Wednesday.

Anyone who qualifies for assistance from the Switchover Help Scheme can also still apply for help in converting to digital by calling 0800 4085900.

An S4C spokeswoman said: "Over the past few months, S4C has staged an extensive digital switchover campaign called On with the Show.

"The circus-themed roadshow features exciting circus skills displays by NoFit State circus to communicate to viewers what exactly they need to do to switch to digital with S4C.

"The next free shows, which are being hosted by S4C celebrities such as comedian Tudur Owen, will be visiting the Daniel Owen Centre in Mold tomorrow and the Craft Centre in Ruthin on Thursday.

It will also be visiting Canolfan Bro Tegid in Bala on Friday and the Community Hall, Corwen on Saturday.

Age Concern North East Wales will be running several switchover advice points this week.
