 has learned that in primary schools in Cair, there are almost no Macedonian students. Muzafer Rexhepi, principal of the Jane Sandanski Sandanski (Bulgarian: Сандански, formerly Свети Врач, Sveti Vrach  school, says that in the Macedonianlanguage classes there are only Roma children. Professor Rubin Zemon says Macedonia is not building a multicultural society but a society of diversities. He contends that the country is a divided society down ethnic lines in all areas, including education. Ethnic groups communicate with each other only when it comes to the market and legislation. In education institutions, students of different ethnic groups cannot even look at each other, let alone get to know each other and communicate.
