Diversified arranges funds for affordable ALFs.


In what may be the first time a not-for-profit project sponsor used a third-party developer to develop an ALF ALF - Algebraic Logic Functional language  funded by an FHA-insured mortgage loan, Diversified Senior Funding, a subsidiary of Diversified Senior Services Inc., has arranged the financing for two 60-unit assisted living facilities in North Carolina. Owned by the not-for-profit North Carolina Housing Foundation, the facilities will be developed and managed by DSS (1) (Digital Signature Standard) A National Security Administration standard for authenticating an electronic message. . Funding for the projects totaled $6 million. PW Funding of Mineola, New York Mineola is a village in Nassau County, New York, USA. The population was 19,233 at the 2000 census. The name is derived from a Native American word meaning a "pleasant place."
