Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. (AMEX: DVS), a single-source turnkey provider of integrated security systems, announced today that it will be an exhibitor at the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Security 2002 Trade Show & Seminar being held in the Company's primary market at New York City's Javits Center on Tuesday, April 9.

"We will be showcasing Diversified Security Solutions' expertise in the design, engineering, installation and integration of security systems for large-project vertical markets such as high-rise buildings, airports and transit systems," stated Irv Witcosky, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. "We plan to build on these markets in Metropolitan New York City, our primary market area, where there is a substantial potential for growth."

Mr. Witcosky noted that the Company already is providing security systems integration services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey at Kennedy, LaGuardia and Newark airports. It also has major projects under way for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and recently received a contract to provide security systems and maintenance for the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook.

The Security 2002 trade show, which is focusing on homeland security, will feature 160 vendor exhibits of the latest in electronics, safety and security equipment, hardware and services. The trade show is sponsored by the New York City Chapter of the American Society for Industrial Security. ASIS, with more than 32,000 members, is an international organization for professionals responsible for security, including managers and directors of security. In addition, corporate executives and other management personnel, as well as consultants, architects, attorneys, and federal, state, and local law enforcement, are involved with ASIS in order to better understand the constant changes in security issues and solutions.
