), a single-source end-to-end provider of integrated security systems, announced today that Executive Vice President Sal Lifrieri was elected to the Company's Board of Directors by its shareholders at the annual meeting on Monday.

Mr. Lifrieri, an expert in counter-terrorism, joined Diversified Security Solutions in August as head of the Company's Technical Services Division, which specializes in emergency preparedness and threat assessment.

"Sal's management skills and knowledge of the security systems business will be a valuable asset to our Board of Directors," stated Diversified Security Solutions Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James E. Henry.
