Diversified Security Solutions Acquires Arizona Systems Integrator; Expands Scope of Company's Business Operations in Western United States.

Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. (AMEX:DVS), a single-source end-to-end provider of integrated security systems, announced today that it has acquired Corporate Security Integration, LLC, a private company based in Phoenix, Ariz.

Corporate Security Integration (CSI) is a three-year-old company specializing in commercial and government accounts. CSI, with annual revenues in excess of $1 million, currently has three major projects in progress with one being a $600,000 project under way to provide security systems and services at the Scottsdale, Ariz., airport.

"The acquisition of CSI is consistent with our Company's two-tiered expansion program targeting a few selective acquisitions of profitable companies followed by strong internal core growth between offices," stated Irv Witcosky, President and Chief Operating Officer of Diversified Security Solutions. "CSI will strengthen our newly established customer base for the security systems integration market on the West Coast."

With major contracts involving airport technologies, CSI will work in tandem and complement the operations of Diversified Security Solutions' Henry Bros. Electronics integration division, which now has offices in New York, Dallas, Phoenix and Los Angeles metro areas. HBE has airport customers that include John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, Stewart and now Scottsdale Airport. "CSI specializes in access control and CCTV (closed circuit television) utilizing similar vendors, products and technology used by HBE and is an established name in the systems integration market," Mr. Witcosky stated.

Corporate Security Integration was formed by Patrick Warner through the acquisition of the Phoenix branch of Pinkerton Systems Integration and some of CSI's customers date back more than a decade. Mr. Warner, an industry veteran with 20 years of integration experience, will remain with the company and continue to market system integration under the names CSI and Henry Bros. Electronics, Arizona.

Diversified Security Solutions, an established systems integrator, launched an expansion program into niche markets earlier this year. It set up a base of operations on the West Coast by acquiring Los Angeles-based Photo Scan Systems, Inc., which specializes in security systems for medical facilities, and National Safe of California, Inc., based in Fullerton, which supplies vaults, locking devices, alarm security equipment and CCTV to many of the nation's financial institutions. CSI is the third company to join DVS' integration team.
