Diversified Product Inspections, Inc. and Partners Complete Vulnerability Assessment Group -VAG- Joint Venture.

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. -- Diversified Product Inspections, Inc. (OTCBB:DPRI), a provider of independent product failure analysis, air contamination and fire investigations for the insurance industry announced that DPI and a group of partners have completed the formation of the Vulnerability Assessment Group (VAG).

John VanZyll, president and CEO, stated that, "DPI is pleased to announce, in conjunction with our partners Security Assessment, Inc.(SAI) and Materials and Chemistry Laboratories, Inc. (MCLinc), have completed the formation of a joint venture to be known as the Vulnerability Assessment Group (VAG). VAG will provide vulnerability assessment studies for commercial, institutional, public and private organizations, as well as individuals to help them plan for any potential internal or external threats and to harden the target. The principals of SAI are former FBI agents who are experts in all phases of terrorism threats and corporate espionage. MCLinc is a highly qualified chemical laboratory in Oak Ridge with several top secret clearances with the Federal Department of Energy. DPI's subsidiary, HomeCheckSafety (HCS), will provide air quality testing and evaluation of products that may have a potential for failure or that are on recall and could pose a hazard. VAG plans to begin accepting clients in January of 2005. DPI will provide all the administrative, accounting and billing functions on a fee basis for the joint venture as part of its participation in the joint venture."
