Diversified Investments - distribution/marketing contract.

MATSQUI, Bc--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 1995--DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENT(Alberta Stock Exchange: DIA ) Diversified Investment Strategies Inc. ("Diversified") and it's subsidiary Gem Manufacturing Ltd. are pleased to announce the completion of a Distribution/Marketing contract dated December 1, 1995 for one of the products in their Retail Line; the "Hot Tub Cube".

The contract is with an Edmonton-based marketing group, doing business under the name Just-Us Marketing and Distribution, the principals of which have 17 years experience in the hot tub and spa industry. The exclusivity, for North America, of this Distribution Contract is based on meeting purchase volumes of 1.8 million units in the first 3 years. This represents approximately 6.2 million dollars in potential revenues.

In addition, the initial requirements of the Alberta Stock Exchange, for the Private Placement have now been met. An application to the B.C. Securities Commission to deem Diversified a "reporting issuer" within the province of B.C. is expected to be finalized soon. When this occurs, 500,000 shares will be issued at 40 cents each, with no warrants attached to complete the Private Placement.
