 as co-managers of its Growth & Income Fund and INVESCO, Inc. as a co-manager of its Special Equity Fund.

Growth & Income Fund

Aeltus Investment Management, Inc. and Credit Suisse Asset Management, LLC will each manage approximately fifty percent of the Fund's assets. Aeltus will serve as the "structured" core manager of the Fund to control volatility. Credit Suisse will serve as "active" core manager, offering "alpha" or excess return potential. This strategy is designed to add value through stock selection while taking limited style or sector deviations from the benchmark. The objective of the Growth & Income Fund is to outperform the S&P 500 through investment in a diversified portfolio of large-capitalization companies.

Special Equity Fund

INVESCO, Inc. joins four other sub-advisors for the Special Equity Fund: Goldman Sachs Asset Management; Husic Capital Management; RS Investment Management and Westport Asset Management. Each sub-advisor will manage approximately 20% of total fund assets Fund assets
