Diversified Industries Ltd.: Increasing Orders for DVS 6000 to United Arab Emirates.

Diversified Industries Ltd. ("Diversified" or "the Company")(TSX VENTURE:DVS) is pleased to report that product orders and shipments of DVS 6000 to the United Arab Emirates ("U.A.E.") have been increasing substantially from the initial order. The Company recently delivered 12 additional drums (2,460 litres) of product for shipment to High Arctic/S.E.A.L. International of Dubai, bringing the total to 18 drums (3,690 litres).

On January 31, 2003, the Company announced that it executed a Letter of Understanding ("L.O.U.") authorizing High Arctic/S.E.A.L. International to act as master distributor for Diversified Industries' hydrogen sulphide ("H2S") scavenger, DVS 6000, in the Gulf Cooperation Council ("G.C.C.") countries of the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. As a condition of the L.O.U., an initial product order of 2 drums (410 litres) was placed by High Arctic/S.E.A.L. International and shipping arrangements were initiated. Prior to shipment, High Arctic/S.E.A.L. increased the order by 4 drums, bringing the initial shipment to 6 drums (1,230 litres). This first order arrived in the Middle East approximately two weeks ago. Now, in order to ensure they have adequate inventory on hand, High Arctic/S.E.A.L. International placed a second purchase order for 12 drums (2,460 litres), bringing the total to 18 drums (3,690 litres). The new order for 12 drums of DVS 6000 is en route to Dubai, U.A.E.
