in D minor is especially delicious. What's more, the Failoni Orchestra under conductor Uwe Grodd play the pieces delightfully, and Naxos has captured them in clean, light, and airy sound, with just a touch of resonance to establish verisimilitude. Couple this with an excellent set of insert notes, and the disc becomes one more distinguished addition to "The 18th Century Symphony" line from Naxos. Highly recommended.
